The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.
