"La Finestra" B&B

Our small house is located within the first walls of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, at 1250 meters above sea level within the Gran Sasso Monti della Laga Park. On the entrance floor you will find a large room featuring a large, ancient stone fireplace, as well as a comfortable, fully equipped built-in kitchen at your disposal. Particularly striking is the view from the large window (from which our B&B takes its name) over the valley, as well as the striking view of the ancient roof tiles facing the splendid Rocca di Calascio. Connected by a wooden staircase, we find the fully furnished double bedroom and bathroom. The use of materials, furnishings, as well as the colors, used in the recent renovation, are designed to try to keep the atmosphere that you breathe intact as much as possible, still today in living in an ancient medieval village, ranked among the most beautiful in Italy. For the rest, you can count on our sense of hospitality, typical of the people of Abruzzo... Cabin in the woods

Delightful wooden cabin, surrounded by woods and paths within the Majella National Park, but also a few meters from the Baths and the center of the village. Suitable for couples, nature lovers, families (with kids) and furry friends. Beautiful chalet in the city center

Characteristic wooden chalet with the flavor of mountain lodge, to live a magical experience in the Abruzzo mountains. Porta tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio immerso nel verde, con tanto spazio per divertirsi Piccola curiosità: Nel 1952 quattro amici comprarono un rudere e costruirono la Villa. Erano 4 case tutte uguali con un grande giardino e la piscina. Pensarono ad un nome unico per il loro “piccolo paradiso”. Così unirono i loro cognomi e diedero vita a Villa Mafrusa.
