"L'albero delle noci" Cottage

My place is 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 40 minutes from the Majella and Abruzzo National Parks; 5 minutes from the Eucharistic Miracle. Charming little house surrounded by nature and 5 minutes from the center of Lanciano; surrounded by garden and parking; completely autonomous, with living room (possible sofa bed) kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom. My place is good for couples and families (with children). Accommodation tax to be paid on-site (€1 per person for the first 2 nights).

Lovely mountain house

Lovely mountain house, carefully furnished. It consists of a kitchen with a table, chairs and a fireplace, a living room with a sofa and television, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a full-size bed, a wardrobe, and a lovely window overlooking the historic center, two bedrooms with single beds, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The house is equipped with a methane system so hot water is always available and in winter the environment is warm.

at the ‘B&B mare mio’ you stay in a splendid sea-view flat on the second and last floor of a 1950s building, with reserved car parking, just a few steps from the beach with a beach umbrella reserved for you, next to the ‘strada parco’ with its characteristic Wednesday street market, 1 km from the shopping promenade with various shops and the night ‘movida’ in the pedestrian precinct and, for our welcome guests only, conventions/immediate discounts at local activities.

The studio is in the historic center, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Duomo and the main street. Nearby is the University's Department of Human Sciences and the GSSI, alongside the city's Villa Comunale, and a little further away is the Collemaggio park with its majestic Basilica. Also close to the "Lorenzo Natali Bus Terminal". The place is self-contained and on one level; quiet and with the possibility of free parking along the street near the studio.

Feel free to take the two house dogs, Aurelia and Ferdinand, with you as an accompaniment.
