Il monolocale è in pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo e dal Corso principale. Nelle vicinanze il Dipartimento di Scienze Umane dell'Università e il GSSI con affianco la Villa Comunale della città, poco più distante il parco di Collemaggio con la sua maestosa Basilica. Vicino anche il "Terminal Bus Lorenzo Natali". L'alloggio è indipendente e su un solo piano abitabile; silenzioso e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada nelle vicinanze del monolocale.

In dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Umgebung mit großzügigem Pool und Sonnenterrasse kannst Du Dich dem Rummel des Strandlebens entziehen und in den Hügeln (Naturschutzgebiet) und Olivenhainen des malerischen Dörfchens Montepagano weite Spaziergänge unternehmen. Gerne kannst Du als Begleitung die zwei Haushunde, Aurelia und Ferdinand mitnehmen.

Il mio alloggio è a 10' dalla Costa dei Trabocchi e 40' dai Parchi della Majella e Nazionale d'Abruzzo; a 5' dal Miracolo Eucaristico. Incantevole casetta immersa nella natura e a 5' dal centro di Lanciano; circondata da giardino e parcheggio; completamente autonoma, con soggiorno (eventuale divano letto) cucinino, bagno, camera matrimoniale. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini). Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco (€ 1 a persona per le prime 2 notti).

at the ‘B&B mare mio’ you stay in a splendid sea-view flat on the second and last floor of a 1950s building, with reserved car parking, just a few steps from the beach with a beach umbrella reserved for you, next to the ‘strada parco’ with its characteristic Wednesday street market, 1 km from the shopping promenade with various shops and the night ‘movida’ in the pedestrian precinct and, for our welcome guests only, conventions/immediate discounts at local activities.

Graziosa casa di montagna, arredata con cura. È composta da una cucina con tavolo sedie e camino, un living con divano e televisione, un bagno con doccia. Nel piano superiore c’è una camera matrimoniale con letto da una piazza e mezzo un armadio e una incantevole finestra che da sul centro storico, due camere con letti singoli, un bagno con lavatrice. La casa è dotata di impianto a metano per cui l’acqua calda è sempre disponibile e in inverno l’ambiente è caldo.

Casa Norina ist ein historisches Landhaus in den wunderschönen Abruzzen, in absoluter Alleinlage inmitten der Olivenhaine. Wir haben seid 2014 nun das Appartment neben dem Haupthaus anzubieten. Wie dort, wurde auch hier viel Wert auf authentische Matrialien gelegt. Ein kleines Schmuckstück für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der zugehörige Garten mit über 8000 qm und der Pool stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
