In summer, there are facilities where you can enjoy activities such as rafting, SAP, and mountain climbing. We offer a relaxing space for families, friends, and couples in a private building. We have a welcome basket for guests. It contains bread, bacon, local eggs, and oil. * Contents are subject to change. From December to March, we offer free shuttle service to ski resorts in the Niseko area. * Advance booking is required. We have partnered with a ski rental company to deliver and collect skis to your room.

The property is near the Moiwa ski area in a quiet part of Hokkaido. As soon as you have the time to slide into your private onsen, you’ll understand why we’re sharing this home with the rest of the world. The house has 2 x upstairs bedrooms. Bdrm 1 has 1 x bunk bed and 1 x queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 x double beds. We also offer a traditional futon (floor mattress). There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Free Internet (WIFI). Car parking for 1 x car.

Our new ski house is located in the peaceful Moiwa area, just a short distance from powder house Moiwa and Annupuri. It offers convenient access to a variety of charming local restaurants and bars, while maintaining a sense of quiet retreat. The house features an open and airy layout, including a spacious living room, a contemporary kitchen, a dining area, and 3 comfortable bedrooms. It combines practicality with a touch of elegance, not to forget its unique outdoor bath to end your ski day.

Annex- Ocean View Deluxe Villa

Hotel Cocoa`s sister property (Deluxe Villa, Deluxe Family Room, and Superior Family Room) is under the same management but located in different areas. This sister property is located at 37-1 Irie, Toyakocho, Abuta District, Hokkaido 049-5603, offering relaxing ocean views instead of a Lake View. This villa has a convenient location near the train station and local supermarkets approximately 15 minutes away by car from Hotel Cocoa. Note that these two properties are in separate locations.

Hirafu Woods House 4 Bedroom

For those wanting spacious living, Mt Yotei views and a quiet lower village location, Hirafu Woods can't be beaten. Completed in 2019, with 4 bedrooms plus a tatami room, this 3-storey resort home fits 10 and is perfect for families or groups of friends. After a day skiing Niseko's slopes, relax in the enormous bathtub and take in the Yotei view. And socialise in style in the spacious living room with premium dining table, modern furniture and a huge smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

Annupuri Onsen Chalet Unit # 1

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. Annupuri Onsen Chalet #1 is located in the Royal Town Onsen Village just a one minute drive Annupuri and Mowai Ski Resorts. The chalet features four bedrooms, a large ski and snowboard dry room and most importantly a outdoor onsen bath with genuine onsen water. Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.
