Was built in 1969 on 3 levels and the interiors of 230 sqm, is divided into 4 independent houses. The Stonehouse dome is 89 sqm with 2 bedrooms 1 bath cabin, lounge stone fireplace f/e kitchen private parking patio BBQ. Passport info will be requested due to Greek Tax law upon booking

Στα 1.100μ, στη Ζήρεια, βρίσκεται η γραφική πρωτεύουσα του Φενεού, Γκούρα. Το Chalet-Αρχοντικό μας βρίσκεται μέσα στο δάσος και δεσπόζει στη κορυφή του χωριού. Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Το διώροφο κατάλυμα Andromachi's Melathron, είναι 190τ.μ., o χώρος είναι διακοσμημένος απλά, με έντονα στοιχεία το ξύλο και την πέτρα και με έπιπλα νεοκλασικά. Στο ισόγειο θα βρείτε το καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα. Ανεβαίνοντας στον επάνω όροφο θα βρείτε δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με διπλά κρεβάτια, μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο διπλές κουκέτες, ένα μονό συρόμενο καθώς και ένα μπάνιο με καμπίνα.
