Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Good location, and Milena was very friendly and responsive. She even helped us with the laundry! Plenty of parks nearby, which is good if you come with children. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and a tiny market nearby...

Mr.Ratko’s penthouse is right in the center of the city, bus stop is riight there,so convenient to look around the city. The penthouse is very bright and sunny it’s nice to see the city at the balcony.We’re so impressed about Beograd’s public transport is all free to everyone!!!! Mr. Ratko is very responsive, so easy to communicate and very kind We’re taking night train to go to Bar, which leaves at 8pm. He allowed us to stay at the flat till late afternoon We really appreciated so,so much.

Stayed here for several weeks, great place overall! The host is very nice and friendly. The location is actually very good, quiet, green trees, the view is on the inner side of the street (so no noise from cars). The flat has all the necessary amendments and a workplace. Very easy to check-in and out. 5/5

I felt myself at home right after I entered the apartment. This place is simple but cozy. And Vladana is a real superhost, she's proactive when it's necessary and won't bother you the rest of the time. She also brought me all the necessary tableware that I couldn't find in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable enough. Separate workplace with a nice chair and fast internet, long and wide table in the living room for different activities. And I liked these high chairs in the kitchen area. The location itself is great, not so far from the city center, multiple supermarkets in vicinity. Actually a lot of interesting places in a walkable distance, some of them you can even see from the terrace.

They were very responsive and supportive. When we booked they did no longer have the big flat we got, so they gave us both next to each other which felt like an upgrade. We had so much space. I really recommend them. Thanks!

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. We were very satisfied with the host and the house. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house was within walking distance of everything. We just took the 72 bus from the airport and got off at the last stop and walked for 5-10 minutes. It was also very easy to get to other attractions. You can go anywhere for free by tram and bus. We even had the exchange office 2 blocks next to us. Our host was also very caring for us. They responded very quickly to our questions. We took care of our business easily where it directed. We thank him very much.

The place looks like the pictures. It was clean and in a great location, also the communication worked out very well. The accommodation is well suited for a few days as a couple in Belgrade.
