This is a well appointed and updated space. You will hear noises upstairs. People live on the top floor. However, you have complete privacy. Please read the reviews and make your decision, you won't be disappointed. There are 3 mini split air conditioners separate from the main floor.

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
