The place was so wonderful and full of beautiful facilities. The area was quite, safe and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and everything was exactly as described in the photos 😍😍 It’s highly recommended to visit this place as it it’s one of the best villas that i have ever seen in Sapanca 🖤

The place is beautiful and clean and everything is identical to the pictures and description , the water in the pool is hot , everything is available and close in the surrounding area, and the host is very nice, I certainly recommend it

We had a short but extremely relaxing holiday that we couldn't have said would have been nice. The cleanliness, views, and amenities of the house are tremendous. It's great to wake up to the sounds of birds. We would like to thank the host who even thought of the fireplace wood you will use during the stay and have thought about all the house needs. It is a resort that we intend to repeat at the first opportunity.

The house was very clean, the linens were clean and sufficient. The view is beautiful and night, and there is a spacious environment in the house and in the garden, most things have been considered. Rest assured about the heating, we didn't need to turn on the interior of the house, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning, we didn't have any problems with the hot water either. While it was snowing outside, it was pleasant to look at the lake view and enter the hot pool, and the pool garden was very big and the pool temperature was very good. There are bungalows on the left and bottom of the house but no one does not see anyone is completely sheltered and privacy is taken care of. The kitchen and bathroom were also smooth. Every question was answered quickly and they were solution-oriented, and we had an enjoyable holiday, and we thank them. I recommend don't miss this house, especially when there's snow

It was a quiet and peaceful place with a very nice view where we had a great time. Thanks to Mr. Mubin for his interest from the very beginning to the last moment and for the flexibility he provided during the check-in/ check-out times. For the house, all you have to do is buy groceries.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and tidy. The heating of the pool was very successful, we had fun with the kids and the adults. Mr. Adem was in constant contact with us. She took care of it right away if there was an issue. The best part of the house was privacy, a safe and peaceful place with shelter. Would recommend.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. When we went on vacation, we wanted to find a random place last minute and go. When we left, we were worried about what it would be like. Because most bungalows are not as they appear in the pictures; their pools, houses are too small or not warm well. There is a cleanliness problem. You take your car from Sapanca to the mountain for 5 minutes. Quiet, calm, peaceful place. It is a big house and was spotless. Everything was considered. We were more comfortable than our own home. Everything you can think of has been considered, and many times my wife and I have said, "Is this one, did they think of that?" There was more than enough of everything that could be in the kitchen. We also loved the pool; it was a big pool and well heated. We even used the pool at night. The balcony view of the house was great; we could see all of Sapanca. There were no elements that were clear and could disturb. There was a very natural villa structure, not an artificial bungalow. It can stay especially for conservative families. In summary, we were very satisfied; it was a peaceful holiday where we rested and felt sorry for the end.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

We came and stayed here with six friends, the host's father, Mr. Nafız, is really interested in everything and comes to your aid at any moment. The hygiene was in very good condition, we couldn't see the slightest stain. There are 3 bedrooms, the two bedrooms on the upper floor have the same beds and are quite comfortable, but the bed of the bedroom on the ground floor should be urgently changed because it is not comfortable. In addition, kitchen utensils should be increased because there were few items compared to a house that could accept such large and extra guests. When we checked into the house, the dishes were all unwashed in the machine. The house has air conditioners, but no controls. As for the heating of the pool, it never cooled once, and some of the days we stayed were heavy rain, but the pool was like a hot spring. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, there is no chaos and city noise, but all the necessary locations are very close at the same time. You can reach Migros and many other grocery delis in two minutes.

We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and large enough. The ingredients in the kitchen were sufficient. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday, thank you 🤩😇

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
