The Nylyckan summer house is located in Småland in Adelöv parish, Tranås municipality, between Gränna and Tranås. The location is private, except for the landlord's house and a summer cottage, 600 meters from road 133 surrounded by stone walls, pastures and forest. About a 10-minute walk to Lake Noen with swimming and fishing opportunities (fishing license required). You live in a separate house of 75 sqm. The garden is shared with the landlord, but you have your own part of about 1000 sqm with 3 private seating areas. Patio adjacent to the front door. Parking is available.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt.
