An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, woodland and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be staying surrounded by nature, with maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm, which I run according to permaculture principles. In the meadows, there are deer, chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Experience real relaxation in our loving wooden house in Unterburgau am Attersee. The house is located on a large family estate with shared lake access – perfect for swimming, relaxing or boating. Right outside the door, hiking trails begin to Schafberg, Schwarzensee or through the impressive Burggrabenklamm (currently unfortunately closed). Hillside Chalet, Kreischberg

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Sauna, hot tub, electric car charging station, fiber optic Internet, tiled stove with glass front, spacious bathrooms and a modern kitchen leave nothing to be desired in the chalet, which is furnished with a lot of love. And just minutes away from Kreischberg.

Two fun-loving pensioners rent their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in rural surroundings is completely at your disposal. Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur cycle path ... an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Speckmoser Guest House

Our house is in the middle of the countryside in a sunny location and the view of the nearby mountains from the large terrace is simply fantastic. A retreat where modernity and tradition meet and invite you to linger. Important note! On arrival, in addition to the travel price, the overnight tax (tourist tax) must be paid for the local municipality and the guest sheet must be completed in full. €2.50 per person per night from the age of 15!
