The apartment is very, nice, cozy and stylish, equipped with everything necessary. Alessandro was very kind and responsive, give us very useful information and advices about the area. We had complimentary coffee and fruits. Our family was vary happy with our stay

Maria is really nice and the place is so cool! I had a great time eating as much food as I wanted at the accommodation! It was a rental car and it was a bit big, so parking was a bit difficult, but thanks to the kind guidance, I went well :) I was also impressed by how clean the accommodation was! Highly recommended 😊

This apartment was great to walk to Roma termini, Coliseum, Spanish steps, and lots of restaurants close by. The early check in is 20euros and so worth the ease of dropping bags off.

Cozy and clean Warm recommendation

This apartment was really great, good location, beach is close by and a number of restaurants and places to drink coffee nearby or in walking distance. City of Rab is 30min away on foot, or you can take a taxi boat. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, nice balcony. The only minor bad thing is that some kitchem supplies were missing but we managed. Zdenka and her daughter helped us with anything we needed during the stay. Recommended!

Host was very responsive. This place is awesome. It was perfect for our big group. Close to a mall and good distance to Valle Aurelia train station. Clean, comfortable and spacious Highly recommended

Amazing stay, we regretted staying so little time… Alex and his team are helpful, pleasant and caring people, the accommodation is just sublime, a small peaceful oasis, everything is available to make the most of this unique place (towels, mattresses, sun loungers…) our room was clean and isolated. We recommend this listing 1000%.

Location was great - just above the main harbour. Loved the balcony and the view. Place was cosy. Checking in and out was very convenient. The owner very kindly picked us up from the bus stop and sent us back when we checked out. Communications was very easy as Julia was responsive.

The location of the apartment is great, it has everything you needed. Communication with the host without any problems, the instructions were very helpful!

Dario is a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us around with quick instructions to the apartment. The fridge contained a welcoming package which was lovely and so unexpected. He also sent us a lot of information to guide us around the area and the region. Whenever we had a question he answered immediately and was always available. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in the Split region. For us it was quite convenient that it was not directly in the city but a bit outside since we had our own car. The area where the house is located is not touristy but in close proximity to supermarkets and a shopping center. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment with all the extras and caring hosts you are right ar this place.

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

First time to Rome. My wife and I traveled and stayed here with another couple. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was ample space to hang out in between touring the city. There was no promise of early check in but I was delighted when we were to get in a few hours earlier than advertised! We were exhausted from overnight travel…. If/when we return to Rome, this is where we will stay. Don’t overthink your lodging, book this place!

Amer’s place is incredibly spacious and clean. It may be hard to access for those with big luggages or of a certain age, but everything worked out well for us. It is fully equipped and comfortable. Amer is incredibly helpful too

A very spacious apartment with a good layout. Large bathroom, large living room with dining area, large bedroom. The apartment is well-maintained and of a good standard. The equipment and equipment of the apartment is new or almost new. I left my car on street parking. I was in March and there was no problem with the place. There is an underground parking lot, but it requires arrangements with the owner, so I suggest asking in advance. Very kind host. Quick contact - I received a response to every question in 1-2 minutes. The host agreed to the thing I asked for-it should be especially praised because it was a concession he didn't have to agree to. Recommended!

The apartment was spacious, bright and incredibly clean, with a very well stocked kitchen. We found cooking super easy due to the great pots and pans supplied. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk into the city centre and has great bus connections to local beaches. It’s also next to a lovely bakery which is open 24/7. Martina and Karman were incredibly friendly and responsive to messages. Check in was flexible and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only slight issue is that the apartment is next to a busy road and so the bedrooms can be a little noisy, but not to the point where it is a real problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. We were warmly welcomed by Predrag parents and a cat family. Great beaches and restaurants are located nearby but a car is really necessary. We enjoyed the great view over the ocean from the flat. The communication with Predrag was always very fast.
