Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! During our day, we'll be visiting one of the last remaining oyster farms in Mali Ston, where a protected species of oysters grows. Join us on the farm and learn everything about the life of an oyster. How are they grown, farmed and brought to your table in a restaurant. You will taste these oysters with a glass of homemade wine. On the hot summer days, we can swim in the Adriatic sea, to refresh your day. Now and then, I dive in for the oysters and you are more than welcome to join me. Afterward, you will have some free time in Ston to explore the salt fields and the second-longest walls/fortifications in the world, or sit down for a meal or a wine tasting. A small family restaurant in the middle of the town makes it a perfect stop for us to enjoy some local food, taste wines and see what ice cream made of wine tastes like. We will begin with the Colosseum, where you'll have the unique opportunity to walk on the same ground as gladiators and emperors. With an expert historian, you will gain a unique perspective of the Colosseum and its history. Next, you'll visit the Palatine Hill, the birthplace of Rome. Here you'll have the opportunity to explore the ruins of the emperor's palace and learn about the daily lives of ancient Romans and the role the Hill played in the city's history. Finally, you'll head to the Roman Forum, the political and economic center of ancient Rome. You'll walk through the ruins of the Senate House, the Temple of Julius Caesar, and more, as you discover the center of the Roman Empire. Small groups only. This is a tailor-made experience organized thoughtfully to fit any age and any taste. We set a perfect timing to pass the river privately, to enjoy it to the fullest undisturbed by the big companies. Therefore, we take small, almost private groups to provide only the best to our guests. This trip is not just rafting; it's cliff jumping with elements of canyoning, cave exploring & more; altogether considered as a nice opportunity to meet new people and experience what vacation is all about. Itinerary: We meet up in the center of Split or pick up guests in front of their accommodation. After an hour ride through the Dalmatian countryside, we get to our start point where we prepare the equipment and take a fast course in rafting skills. The rafting itself lasts for 3.5-4 hrs. Our guests get to feel the dynamic of the water from still and clear to crazy rapids (class 2-3). On our way downstream we take several stops for refreshment and extra activities. All of them are completely optional and you get to choose which one you’re comfortable doing. If you decide to skip some, you can just relax, sip the beer and enjoy the scenery. For saving the best moments we provide GoPro Hero 10 photo & video materials free of charge. Connect with ancient Rome on this special access tour of the Colosseum Dungeons, Roman Forum and Cesar's Palace. During the visit we'll uncover the Colosseum's dark 2,000 year history and gain restricted access to sites only accessible with accredited guides. At the Colosseum we'll skip the long ticket lines and venture into the dungeons, a labyrinth of passages, elevators, and trap doors which were used to bring gladiators and animals up to the arena floor, shocking and thrilling the crowds. Next you'll walk in the same steps as emperors, gladiators and doomed prisoners on the arena floor. The arena floor is where the Colosseum's violent games took place, and gives you the perspective of gladiators, as well as a great opportunity for photos. You'll also have free time to explore the Colosseum's 1st and 2nd levels before we head to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. In the Forum, we'll visit pagan temples and tombs, the house of the Vestal Virgins, the Senate house, and Julius Cesare's tomb, among other important ancient ruins. NOTES: - Due to extremely limited tickets to Dungeons, it's difficult to secure physical tickets within 30 days of the experience.
