Enjoy the beautiful Mégantic area in a stunning ancestral home. Located close to all amenities, it will delight you with its charm and extraordinary character. Right next to the Mégantic Observatory, you'll fall in love with the city of Scotstown. The property is next to a very famous artisanal butcher shop with a wide variety of local products, an SAQ and fast charging station right in front of the house or 220V plug in the parking lot.

Le Grilou Cottage

The whole group will appreciate the conviviality of this chalet at the foot of Mont-Orignal a few minutes drive from the Éco-Parc des Etchemins and the golf course. With families or groups of friends, everyone will find their own way. Peaceful and warm place. We bought this cottage in December 2023 and hosted tenants using the former owner's listing. Based on ratings, reviews, and reliability, we have a 5 * rating.
