The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Great location. Soooo many great restaurants within a few blocks! Easy to walk to metro and easy walk to Athens main tourist attractions. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Only small issue is the dining table only fits 3 people so you have to sit in shifts. Or just go out to all the yummy restaurants! Plenty of grocery stores as well. Apartment felt like home. Gave us a feel of what it would feel like to live in Athens.

It was a great stay for us in Thassos. One of the best beaches was only a few steps away. There are nice restaurants nearby. And a market next door. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our host Melissa was great, nice personality and very helpful. Highly recommend this super host

Our second stay in the apartment and just as good as the first. Wonderful location right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very warm welcome from Pantellis (Angelos’s dad). We would definitely stay there again.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

We stayed at Barbara's place for almost 2 weeks at the end of September until the first week of October. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cozy and nicely decorated, we felt very welcome. The garden and outdoor space is also great and kept clean. Barbara always responded very quickly to all of our questions. A great little cottage, quietly located with wonderful sea views. It has everything you need. The air conditioners work smoothly, everything was clean. There are many seating options and also sun loungers, so ideal also for a relaxing day in the house. The Eucalyptus Allee in Kolymbia is only about 10 minutes away by foot. The house in general is great and corresponds completely to the description, also the host was very quickly accessible and helped with all questions. Would definitely recommend and come back too!:)

For those who want a haven of peace in the middle of Mykonos I highly recommend! Giuseppe is an excellent host, proactive and I always request! We stayed 1 month and even cleaning service had! It is close to the beautiful and familiar beach of Ornos and the Bus to the center passes in front of the house. Excellent stay!

Perfect place to visit Athens without being in the noise of the capital. Tram 180m direct to the center in 30min and for really cheap. I order

The terrace space for the 2 of us was absolutely huge, with beautiful views. All major tourist attractions were walkable. Christos was super helpful and communicates so easily, we had a wonderful stay!

Stunning view over the sea

We LOVED our stay on Naxos -- the cherry on top was our stay with Giannis. The view from this apartment is truly stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is very walkable, while still feeling private and quiet. Giannis was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Giannis!

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.
