The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

From our comfortable base, you can walk or cycle into the countryside in no time, passing by dikes, nature and a beautiful Klompenpad. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water just 3 minutes away by bike. The Veluwe, Montferland, Arnhem and even Germany are just around the corner. The centre of Zevenaar offers cosy terraces and lovely shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

Netflix), read a book or play a game at the table. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (120 x 210 cm). Unfortunately, there is no garden, but there is beautiful nature nearby.

Privacy and hospitality are key. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and to the left of the driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.
