The property contains 4 bedrooms (sleeping 2 in each) and additionally large open loft with room for several people. In addition, there is a larger living room with a wood-burning stove, dining room and well-equipped kitchen (but no dishwasher). The house is located in peaceful surroundings with sea views and 700 meters to public transportation. Guests clean themselves at the end of the stay and bring their own bed linen, towels, and cloths.

The Little Yellow House is centrally located in the fairy town Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5 minute walk to the town hall, there is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works fine for a family with two kids and a dog!

Just outside the house are bus stops, from where the bus runs for free once an hour, towards Søby as well as towards Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The beach is 2-3 km away. in Søby, 6 km away, a Dagli Brugs, as well as a grill bar/restaurant. in Ærøskøbing, 10 km away, is Netto, as well as a lot of shops and restaurants. Marstal, 18 km away, Superbrugsen, Apoteket, as well as a lot of other shops, and restaurants.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

On the upper floor there are 2 spacious guest rooms with 4 to max. 6 beds.

The house has a nice large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 person. The garden has small cozy nooks and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.

The house is a stone's throw from the harbor and Kalkovnen and within walking distance of the beach, the pedestrian street and shopping. The house has a good atmosphere and is decorated with a combination of authentic and modern details. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation, cycling and experiences in the nature of Ærø.

This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, walking or on a horse.

The harbor with ferry docks, two beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and quick to reach. Two stops for the free island bus are also nearby. The house is ideal for families or couples. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a sunny garden with furniture and BBQ.

The lovely beach, Halen, with a swimming bridge is only 800 meters away, perfect for a day of sun and sea. Shopping opportunities with small shops in the pedestrian street and grocery shopping with a bakery are about 1 km from the cottage.
