Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
