Just 20 minutes from Marrakech, this villa offers a peaceful retreat with lush green surroundings. Our dog loved the spacious garden, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the tranquil setting. The villa is well-kept and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and inviting outdoor dining areas. The location strikes a perfect balance—close enough to the city for easy day trips, yet far enough for a relaxing escape. We appreciated exploring the nearby markets, and the host's attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for anyone seeking a pet-friendly, serene getaway near Marrakech!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful house in Marrakech, which we simply no longer wanted to leave. Everything is designed to make you feel in a real cocoon, where comfort and functionality combine perfectly — even with young children under 5! Great pool beach that really allows you to enjoy it with our little treasures!! The house is brand new, quiet, soothing, perfectly equipped, and offered us a break of serenity with the family. A huge thank you to Nadia, the cook, whose kindness and adaptability made our meals delicious and worry-free, even with our gluten-free and lactose-free constraints. Sofian and Caroline, the hosts, welcomed us super well, always available before and during the stay to meet our needs. Everything is perfectly thought out for a stress free stay and 100% fun. We will come back without hesitation!

Hello A little feedback about our stay at the Villa, everything was really perfect your welcome your availability, your advice. The villa was really beautiful, we will come back, the only downside, it was too short, 😉 Moroccan breakfasts,the pleasure of lunch by the pool under the sun with a very nice calm. A stay that we shared with our friends and our children who leave us a great memory. The geographical location is a little quarter of an hour 20 minutes from the center of Marrakech 2 or 3 minutes from a small village, very charming with these very welcoming villagers where we can find everything to eat these small shops, the location is really great . The "lamine" caretaker at the entrance so nice . Thank you so much for everything.

After three nights in Marrakech, arriving in the Ourika valley at Ouadia’s place was a dream come true. It was so spacious for our family of five, plus my sister and husband. The views from the terraces are just magical - I could watch the mountains all day. And the pool was a wonderful treat. You can walk to the main road to buy simple groceries and shop for pottery and rugs, and you can easily enjoy day trips - we went for a hike in the mountains with a guide they arranged (highly recommend) and to the Setti Fadma waterfalls and Anima park - all of which were brilliant! But maybe the best thing about this place was Karim who took the best care of us and we loved morning breakfasts and the BEST tagine.

I had a pleasant stay in Villa Nejma , my family loved the environment is very quiet and secure! The villa is clean even better than in the photos and the host is very welcoming and available! No regrets and we will be happy to come back for another stay! Thanks for everything!

It was great! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and they loved exploring the fruit trees in the garden. The privacy was fantastic, making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

A special dedication to young man Abdellah,who always responded present no matter the time and day. This villa is beautiful and of absolute calm. Impeccable hygiene. The pool made my 4 children(including me) happy. High tech kitchen,very functional. A feast for cooking. Rooms,bathrooms at the top. The decoration is simply sublime. We smell professionalism. I recommend this villa to families, frankly no one, I say no one will be disappointed
