We have carefully renovated a 40-year-old traditional house, retaining the original beams and windows, and transformed it into a space where you can relax with family and friends.Outside the window, the traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains stretches out.You can enjoy the changing scenery with each season from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.We also provide baby chairs, baby baths, baby futons, and toys to ensure that families with small children can enjoy a comfortable stay. There is also an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a garden deck where you can have a BBQ, and a cypress bath. It is about 40 minutes by car from Kochi Airport, and it is also easy to access from Kochi Station, making it a convenient location as a base for travelling around Shikoku.Located in the Niyodo River basin, it is also within an hour's reach of popular spots along the Niyodo River, which is known as the "Miracle Clear Stream".With excellent access to Matsuyama and Takamatsu, many guests choose this as a place to stay during their trip around Shikoku. It can accommodate up to 10 people, and you can have a BBQ or a campfire on the covered terrace, and it is fully equipped with outdoor chairs, tables, and a kitchen. There are also many spots nearby where you can feel the river and the sea at the same time, such as "Niyodo Blue", "Niyodo River Estuary Surfing Spot" and "Tosa Cross Wave Skyline". If you stretch your legs a little, you can reach Katsura Beach in 15 minutes and Kochi City downtown in about 30 minutes by car. It is the best place to stay for families and friends to enjoy freely in nature without worrying about other guests. 1) We use a self check-in system with a tablet and QR code. 2) Dishes and cooking utensils are available, but there is no oil or seasoning. 3) Rental of charcoal stoves and firewood (for campfires and fireplaces) is available for a fee. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

You can also join one of our paddle board tours (host is a professional guide who speaks English too) suitable for all levels. We have a cafe onsite serving both Japanese and western food like pizzas. Walk the river area, check out the local area. ※ we get Insects during the summer season.
