Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small, recently refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway station Svedmyra. (Green line19) Subway Tallkrogen at 10 min walk. (Green line 18) Close by is a big supermarket, parks and restaurants as well as nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub.
