My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Ermina's House is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families. Facilities like free Wi-Fi and TV are offered. Ermina's house I consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated attic. Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
