In a quiet cul-de-sac near the center of St-Lô (5 min walk), the train station (5 min walk), the bus stop, beautiful renovated apartment, classified "3-star furnished". Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside. Flat : new furnishings, dish ware and bedding. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Cot for baby or young child. Garden : table, chairs, long-chairs, electric barbecue. 2 new bicycles.

Cozy apartment, 36m2, bright, with a 12m2 terrace, facing south. Bedroom to the north. It is located on the ground floor of a small quiet residence + 1 free parking space. Very comfortable 140 bed, and extra BZ sofa. It is perfectly equipped, with all the necessities, to arrive with hands in the pockets. THE INSTITUTE, and the train station, are a 5-minute walk away. All amenities are close by. Only 1 small, quiet and respectful dog, is accepted. Wishlist assured. 😍

It is 800 m from the train station (10 min walk). Access to the A84 motorway off the city.

The apartment is located near shops: breweries, convenience stores, pharmacy, nearby market four days a week. 2nd floor (no elevator) Coffee, tea and herbal tea pods available.
