Appartement T2 50m2 situé sur le vieux port de La Rochelle à10 min de la gare et à 2 pas des restaurants et commerces. proche plage. La chambre comprend un lit deux places mais possibilité de couchages supplémentaires sur le clic clac du salon. Dans la pièce de vie cuisine américaine équipée de plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes four, frigo, lave vaisselles. Il (email hidden), lecteur DVD, et box wifi à disposition. WC séparé, salle de bain avec baignoire et lave linge. Pour toutes questions je restes à votre disposition cordialement Christophe.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

T2 completely renovated on the old port at the foot of the towers. 45 m2 divided into a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen and for the living room part, a comfortable sofa to rest after your salty walks. TV and Wi-Fi included. Bathroom with bathtub independent of the bedroom. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Separate toilet. Located in a building in the heart of Bastion Saint Nicolas, it is ideal for fully enjoying the joys of the city without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the hyper center. The apartment is ideal for a stay for two. You have all amenities nearby! You can easily walk to the old port, market or shopping streets. You will have access to a parking space.

Superb loft-style flat at 2 steps from the centre!

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Cocoon close to the central market

Small cocoon of 25m2 nestled on the 3rd and last floor of an old building. The apartment has been completely redone and thought with taste by an interior decorator. You will also find first necessity products like soap, olive oil or coffee pods... sit back and enjoy! On foot or by bike! If you are by car, you can park your car at Place de Verdun (paying) and on the Chemin des Remparts (free). The district lives in tune with its halls.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
