The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, overlooking the sunset and enjoying the sun in the courtyard. The plot is surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And just a short walk along the gravel path to the sea. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

Holiday apartment at Rebergården

Brand new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen. Small living room with TV and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is part of our farm, which is located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the yard overlooks fields that belong to the yard. We don't have any animals on the farm except cats and rabbits. The rental is a newly built vacation apartment (2023) of 55 sqm. Towels, linens are included and it is possible to purchase charging of electric car.

There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Det bedste af alt er beliggenheden, lige mellem bakkerne - Nationalpark Mols Bjerge- og stranden.⭐️ Ved huset er der næsten altid et sted at finde læ i baghaven, som er en dejlig ugenert. I haven er der gynger og sandkasse 💚 Måltider kan indtages både på verandaen og i baghaven. Gasgrillen står tæt ved huset, og der er et grillbord, hvorpå maden kan gøres klar.😊

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.
