The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, overlooking the sunset and enjoying the sun in the courtyard. The plot is surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And just a short walk along the gravel path to the sea. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

Surrounded by trees and fields is the charming and romantic half-timbered house from 1780. Here, peace and quiet reign in pure Morten Korch style. The house is decorated in a bright and rural style. On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. On the 1st floor is a large living room in open connection with the bedroom. In the large and lush garden, you can play and make fires, or walk around and pick berries, fruits and herbs for the food. Activities: Legoland and Lalandia. Juelsminde Marina and Nature Playground.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

SUSET is a COSY holiday home situated between the hills and the water in a small, peaceful holiday home area, 2 km from Femmøller station. Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. Meals can be enjoyed both on the veranda and in the back garden. The gas barbecue is located close to the house, and there is a barbecue table on which food can be prepared.😊

Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you will take care of it :) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.

You can easily get to Aarhus city center, bus 11 & 15 runs close to the apartment. Or take the beautiful walk along Brabrandstien on foot into town in about 25 minutes. Close to local shopping street with grocery stores, specialty stores and good eateries.
