The place is gorgeous, well taken care of, perfect for relaxation. We were greeted with a courtesy :). The jacuzzi is amazing and the top area is very nice, ideal for resting and enjoying with peace of mind. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is in a quiet area, away from the hustle, ideal for those looking for peace. The host was super attentive, responded quickly and maintained great communication. I highly recommend for sure!

Since the confirmation of the Reservation Néia has been super attentive to me and other guests. Always requests, has indicated places to know us beyond giving us coffee from its own plantation, which by the way was simply delicious (I am a lover of coffee). We kept in touch for almost the entire period of the stay, which made me extremely happy because it is difficult to see this type of care in other spaces, but I believe that it is due to the always cordial mining hospitality. Space, house items, surroundings and the city as a whole as advertised. we will return more often.

The apartment is excellent, Ana Paula was extremely solicited at all times. Everything complies. Indico and would come back for sure!

The apartment is very comfortable. Great location, it is close to the main square, super quiet to stroll through the center and leave the shopping at home and back for the tour. Two things that I did not see anyone commenting on, but they were things that I found a differential, the first one, there is a bakery in front of the apartment, just across the street to have breakfast, another thing, from the bedroom window and the living room to see Christ, I found this very cool. The apartment is very quiet, there was a day when we arrived in the corridor of the apartment, we heard a neighbor with music in a reasonable volume, but when we entered the apartment, there was nothing else to hear.

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot - we just took the car out of the garage to go to the sights that are further away (bridal veil, source of loves, Christ). Cleanliness, comfort, location, space, all the best! Marcos received us with great affection, gave all the support, great tips, was very helpful and kind. Great signal wifi, TV with multiple channels, covered garage and easy to park, elevator. Just relax and enjoy! the backyard space is a big draw, to relax, sunbathe, enjoy with our son. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll be back soon!

I only have compliments the apt of Mrs. Iclea is perfect sensational just like the listing. A Mrs Iclea responds quickly, everything very organized the apt smells clean the clothes of beds all clean and flawless smells. The apt has everything you need perfect . Gente can close with their eyes closed. I also want to thank Jaqueline who was responsible for receiving us a grace . We intend to return for sure .

I had a great stay! The place is super cozy, it is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were attentive and always available to help with whatever it took. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

We stayed on the Easter holiday and the experience was higher than expected. To begin, Rita welcomed us very well, gave us all the instructions and made herself available to attend to us throughout the stay. The house is true to the ad, having all items as described. The property is spacious and well located. From the balcony of two of the rooms, the view of the city is wonderful. Everything in the house worked perfectly. About Poços de Caldas, I can say that my family and I love the city. The cable car ride is the best, aside from the cozy food of Minas Gerais. Finally, I say that the tour was worth every minute.

The great price of Airbnb is to find accommodations that have already been resided by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Mariely is an amazing person, who conveys all this affection, care and concern in the accommodation that it offers on the platform.

Alessandro was always very helpful and attentive. The house is a delight, excellent place to rest and enjoy with the family.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

Accommodations that exceeded all my expectations! Super well-equipped environment, kitchen mainly! Air Conditioner and Alexa Tone! Safe neighborhood, with a perfect view! To watch the sunrise accompanied by a family of toucans who were always there, it was amazing! We will definitely be back!! See you soon!

The house is large, has everything needed for the stay. Very well located. The view is beautiful, the quiet neighborhood, close to the attractions of the center. Great place for dogs and good garage. Our stay was great and Diego was an excellent host.

Excellent accommodation, I want to go other times and I indicate. Communication with the host was quick, the place is very neat, clean and with the check-in time extremely flexible! The outskirts of the apartment had restaurants and was close to the main points of the city.

Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place for rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

The flat is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath linens of excellent quality. It is very well located, close to market, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. It has an easy to maneuver garage. Mrs. Lígia is a very kind person. Always responded quickly. It surprised us a pamper on our arrival.Growing in Pocos de Caldas we will certainly look for this flat.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
