The Studio house is located in Águas de São Pedro, in front of the Palmeiras Dam. It has a large parking lot, hot and cold air-conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue area, laundry area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Great location, close to the city center and other commercial establishments, and 15 minutes from Thermas Water Park. The entrance to the house is the same as that of the owner who lives in the back. Ranch at the Foot of the Mountain with Pool and Lake for Fishing

Come and experience unforgettable days in our special little corner at the foot of the Serra do Itaqueri! Here, nature is everywhere, bringing peace and fun to you, your family and friends. We have a fishing lake, kiosks with hammocks, a barbecue area in the house and on the lake, a soccer field and a small church. The children will love the toy house, there are trails that lead to the foot of the mountain, and if they are lucky they will receive a visit from the little monkeys that live around here.
