Kanda West - Walk to the Beach/Surf/Cafes

Welcome to Kanda West, our lovingly restored home that dates back to the 1970s. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to a beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pluge pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda East adjoins this property, and sleeps four extra people in two bedrooms.

Nestled between the jungle and paddy fields, Mihira Home is a 3 bedroom villa (AC) with garden and pool created for sensory exploration. Just 4 minutes away from Kabalana Beach & Ahangama town, our space offers a thoughtfully designed sanctuary designed for a slower, more connected way of living. At Mihira Home, natural materials, minimalist design, large open spaces, earthy colors, and a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces were brought together to enjoy the natural elements of Sri Lanka.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. With a long coral reef all along the beach just 70m from the sand it forms our famous natural swimming pool. Sometimes you can swim with giant turtles. You can swim all year round and 24 hours a day. We provide all services you need. From airport transfers to tours or day trips, fishing, snorkeling along the reef to scuba diving from Unawatuna Dive Center, meals and drinks, Ayurveda Treatments to Yoga lessons. Studio Aurora offers a spacious studio with sleek design, spectacular ocean views and direct beach access. Just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and breaks, Studio Aurora is at the center of it all! During high season town can be busy and noise from the local bars on may disturb some guests.
