The living area is 30 m², the large IKI sauna stove provides soft steam. Bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. For an additional price, a hot tub is available at 80€/day, 120€/2 days, and +30€ for the following nights. Rowing boat and two sup boards available for use. Leporanta, a magnificent holiday cottage on the shores of Lake Kuorasjärvi

Cozy cottage built in 2019, comfortably accommodating 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet lisämaksusta. Terassilla aina lämmin poreallas, käyttö kuuluu hintaan. Mökissä sisä-wc ja suihku, sähkösauna, keittiössä perusvarustus (jääkaappi + mikro + hella), ilmalämpöpumppu. Kävelymatkan päässä kaupat ja ravintolat.

Rentoudu Lomajärvisessä järven äärellä rauhallisessa Kotalan kylässä lähellä Virtain kaupunkia. Mökissä oma sähkösauna. Huomioithan, että majoittaja asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Rannassa kesäisin käytettävissä rantasauna, SUP-lauta ja vene jaetusti majoittajan kanssa. Rantasauna ei ole talvikäytössä. Huomioithan, että liinavaatteet ei kuulu hintaan. Mahdollisuus vuokrata liinavaatteet hintaan 10€/hlö. Mahdollisuus pyykinpesuun majoittajan luona 5€/koneellinen pyykkiä.
