Spacious, clean and peaceful 53 square meter studio apartment located in the heart of the city center. Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants, services, University of Jyväskylä, harbour area and Paviljonki Exhibition and Concert Centre. Buses and trains also leave nearby! The living room has an eight-person desk, a comfy sofa bed, and a 55" SmartTV. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook. Bedroom 160 cm double bed and 80 cm single bed. The apartment is also suitable for meetings and meetings!

Powerful studio next to university campus

The apartment is located next to the old campus of Harju and the university. Grocery store (K-market Kymppi), Hippos, Aalto Alvari, libraries (university + city) and downtown within short walks. Parking on the side of the street is free on weekdays from 8pm to 8am, Sat from 4pm to 8am, Sun all day. For the rest of the time 3€/h. Nearby parking house P-Cygnaeus (0.50-2€/h). Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko.
