Sunset lakefront old-growth forest holiday home

The lakehouse of Anne and her husband are just wonderful. The place is stunning and quiet. Inside you got everything you got, from fridge with freezer, to a finnish sauna. The road is a little bit bumpy if you drive the longer way, but after all i would recommend everyone to go there to have a little detox from everything :) We also were allowed to use their little boat, to drive on the lake. We highly recommend it!

Superb apartment in the center of the town

Robert’s apartment is the best place to stay in Jyvaskyla. Apartment was perfect for our stay. Not far from town centre with parking if travelling with a car. Apartment very clean with everything you need. Host Robert could not have been more helpful. Will book again with Robert if apartment is available.

We spent an extended weekend at the cottage. The cabin was great! The cottage found everything we needed and a little extra for a successful vacation. The location was peaceful, the sauna had good steam, and the fireplace created the atmosphere for the dark nights of January. Everything went smoothly! We'd love to stay at Petäjävesi cottage again:)

Effective communication with Arja. The apartment was clean and the double bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the necessary facilities were found in the apartment, and the instructions were clear. The apartment was very close to the center, but still in a quiet area. Shop and river nearby.

We had a very relaxing stay in this little paradise. Sauna, barbecue, fish (can be rented), enjoy. We only left the property once in 5 days & just enjoyed the tranquility. It has everything you need for cooking. Wood for Kota, sauna, etc., you can use as much as you want. Laura was very personable and helpful. We highly recommend the place.
