Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs with a 2nd bathroom.

The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities.
