It has rainwater collection, a Russian stove, a greenhouse attached to the house, passive ventilation and heating, gray water treatment and a biodigester. The house has a room upstairs with a double bed and in the living room a sofa for one and a half people. If the tenants request it, an extra mattress can be attached.
