IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. La Locanda dispone de cuatro casitas distribuidos en un jardín arbolado. Cada una de ellas cuenta con dormitorio, baño, cocina y jardín de invierno. Ubicada en una zona tranquila, frente al monte de de San Vicente y a pocas cuadras de la playa, a la que se puede llegar en 10 min caminando. Las construcciones son artesanales realizadas por Adri y Tato cuenta con interiores en barro y techo vivo, estos le ofrecen al interior buen aislamiento térmico y calidez. (En lugar hay 1 perros, 3 gatos)
