Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (composed of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycles suitcases, parking, possibility of renting in + the dock in front of marina!

Former bulk carrier ship, from 1962, carrying cereals, the Péniche La Belle Aimée is now our place of residence all year round. It is also a reflection of the choice of an original lifestyle, turned towards nature, while enjoying the benefits of the city.
