Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

It is on the 4th FLOOR, REACHABLE BY STAIRS ONLY (NO LIFT). The flat has all the amenities for a comfortable, AIR-CONDITIONED, sunny and quiet stay whilst being in the heart of Annecy's city centre. Ceiling height being limited due to the roof, the maximum ceiling height of the upper floor (bedroom) is just slightly above 1m74 (5.7 feet).
