This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Our air-conditioned house is located in the medieval village of Aiguèze. On the ground floor, it has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed 150 X 185), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room and garage for a city car or motorcycle, and upstairs a sunny terrace with pergola, two bedrooms with closet (1 bed 140 X 190 and 2 beds 90 X 200 that can be combined) and toilet. Internet box in the house for a Wi-Fi connection.

The house is located in the heart of the charming village of Antraigues, one of the "favorite villages of the French" and Jean Ferrat's haven of peace. A little set back from the lively square, it offers a serene and comfortable address, close to shops, swimming rivers, hiking departures. Cultural and leisure sites, the spa town of Vals-les-Bains and Aubenas are nearby. The house accommodates 4 people (plus an extra bed) for a charming stay.

Ideally located in the heart of the village. Thanks to this location, you can enjoy the beach and shops on foot. In a property consisting of 4 identical cottages each with its own private terrace as well as a free and secure parking space, the cottages also have a shared swimming pool, a shared summer kitchen and a jacuzzi. For all the cottages, a luggage storage service will be available. Linens and cleaning are included in the rental.

Studio in the center of the village

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. In addition, pets are allowed. Open year-round!!
