You will have access to my enclosed garden and my 12 m swimming pool, shared with five other homes located 30 m away. A rare place, between history and poetry. Free public parking in the village is one minute away, right across the street from Le Goultois café.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

Equipped with every comfort: double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, terrace, barbecue, video projector with Netflix/Prime, satellite wifi. Access by electric motorboat. No swimming, no fishing: just the pleasure of slowing down.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
