Great place to stay in a good location, I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment!

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Nice welcome, efficient communication, flexible as to arrival time, simple and efficient check-in, always available to provide us with the necessities (example: toilet paper, etc.). I will definitely take over this accommodation in the future.

Houssem was kind and helpful from the first moment we met. We arrived early for check in with a tired 5 year old and Houssem got the place cleaned and ready quicker than the check in time. During our stay he was responsive, quick to reply and had really good recommendations for where to go, which was useful for us because we had not travelled around Tunis before. Houssems apartment was full of modern tech and luxury good quality day to day useful items. If you want city life and like good tech in your apartment then I highly recommend this apartment.

This is the perfect place for a family stay in Tunis. We were warmly welcomed by the host. The pool and garden are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I'll be back next year.

There is a private bathroom in two large beds, and the kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Depending on the nearby beach, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it takes about 40 minutes on foot to Sidi Bu-side, but there is an uphill climb, so we recommend using a cheap taxi. If the weather was a little warmer, it looked really good to swim in the ocean! The owner's lady is so kind, the garden is really pretty, and the rooftop view is really beautiful. Recommended place to stay at great value for money

At the end of April 2025, I spent 5 nights with my family (2 adults and 2 small children) in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is large and equipped as described. There are 2 terraces next to the balcony and in the entrance area of the courtyard a sink where you can rinse sand from your feet. Youssef is a friendly and accommodating host who is quick to respond to "difficulties" ( we had an issue with the washing machine) and find solutions. I recommend the place. Alexandra welcomed us very warmly, her accommodation is very nice, spacious (family) and tastefully decorated... We enjoyed our family stay in Gammarth with a sea view that will leave you with memories... Have a great experience!
