A spacious apartment with areas full of light and natural ventilation. It is a space designed for 3 guests (maximum). If you are a university student, come to the Azteca stadium, or take a sightseeing tour of the Coyoacán area, this is the place for you. Close to CU, hospital area and southern universities. Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

The apartment overlooks a small garden on the front and a large one on the back. It is quiet, nicely decorated, bright, and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in CDMX. It is within a short walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, plazas, museums, galleries, theaters, and more.
