Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Apartment near UNAM and Estadio Azteca.

A spacious apartment with areas full of light and natural ventilation. It is a space designed for 3 guests (maximum). If you are a university student, come to the Azteca stadium, or take a sightseeing tour of the Coyoacán area, this is the place for you. Close to CU, hospital area and southern universities. Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

Just renovated apartment right across Viveros Park - Coyoacán. Located on ground floor and private car-parking space. Open kitchen with a large dining/working area. King size bed in a dark secluded space. Private bathroom with wardorbe. 60'' TV with sofa bed. Great location if want to explore Coyoacán and San Ángel areas. Notice that the apartment does not have any terrace nor open space. There are two large glass ceilings each with an operable skylight for ventilation.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy watching movies on the 85-inch screen while comfortably seated on the sofa or rest in the room. We have a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. The apartment's view is very nice during the day and spectacular at night. The building is located in front of the Gran Sur shopping center, very close to the Aztec stadium and hospital area

The apartment is in a prime location. The food market is just around the corner, there's a park opposite, and Ecobicis is one block away. There are many restaurants nearby, cafés and beautiful views, and bars a few blocks away if you like nightlife. 200 MB Internet for working remotely if you wish, as well as shared areas within the property for relaxing. We recently installed a thermo-acoustic window that keeps noise out of the room.

It is close to Estadio Azteca/Banorte—about 10 minutes by car (depending on traffic), 20 minutes by public transportation, and 30–40 minutes walking. Nearby are the metro stations Copilco and Taxqueña. Also close by are Centro de Coyoacán, Zócalo, Xochimilco, Six Flags, zona de hospitales, CU/UNAM, Kidzania, shopping centers, markets, and parks. The apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator.
