as described. rooms and bathrooms clean. teresa and antonio very requested and flexible at check in and check out. very well located, in front of the embaradero. and proxjmo a few minutes by car to everything from Cancun. well-equipped kitchen. condominium very good also with parking and swimming pool.

Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

Located in a good area, with restaurants nearby, walmart, laundry. the best place than the photos, and quiet environment. easy to get to

WOW, we had a fantastic stay at Pedro's place. For starters, he was super responsive leading up to the trip and gave us detailed information on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get in. The building is in a great location, within walking distance of tons of great food, cafes, and other neighborhoods. We also loved the doorman, Jorge, who always helped us get in and out of the building and made us feel safe. The apartment was clean and spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook a meal (although we mostly ate out!). And the cherry on top was the gorgeous view of the city and mountains from the patio on our floor. We highly recommend Pedro's place, and we hope to return soon.

Anna's place is a wonderful combination of perfect amenities and every comfort you can think of. Perfectly located, it's easy to find and has great access to the main thoroughfares for getting to the beach and 5th avenue. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the terrace is a beautiful oasis. We loved staying here and think you will too!

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

I had an amazing experience in Javier's apartment. From the first moment the communication with the host was clear and friendly, which made the check-in process very easy. The place was spotless, perfectly clean. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops and sites of interest, but at the same time in a quiet area. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

excellent accommodation, spacious and with garage for two cars. My whole family loved it. As described, super quiet area, close to convenience stores, pharmacies... As He mentions it, the tenants of the superior apartment can be heard if they make a lot of noise. They apparently decided to check out early, and after 6 a.m they made some noise, moving furniture. That's the only detail.

They were very attentive, they were quick to respond and were willing to solve the problems. The air conditioner in the room was not working, the reports and immediately the next day they installed a new one. Excellent attention, good location and beautiful apartment.

Loved our stay here! We were in unit 7 which meant that we had access to our own private roof terrance, which was actually significantly bigger and better than we expected. The place was big and lovely, check in was a breeze, and Carla was super responsive. We loved that someone came to clean the apartment halfway through our stay and everyone we met who worked at the building was incredibly kind. The bed it a bit stiff, but we found a big comforter in the closet that helped. That's really the only thing I could say as a drawback here. The pace was so warm, welcome, and lovely. We stayed for two full weeks while we worked and explored. The location definitely cannot be beaten. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in CDMX and especially recommend Carla as a host.

The space is exactly as pictured, and Veronica is very accommodating! We were able to check in late, and she allowed me to use a different bike when the one allocated to me was too tall. She had great recommendations for eating and nearby snorkeling, as well! The area is pretty quiet, though festive. The neighbors enjoyed some late night music—honestly, I liked that people were gathering and celebrating life ☺️ the space had everything we needed, and was about a 25 minute bike ride away from the public beaches, and walking distance from the hubbub of the main tourist street. I would highly recommend this space!

Probably the most amazing resort I have ever been at, extremely stylish in all details, makes you want to hang out in there for hours 🙂 Not too close to the center of Tulum, nor restaurants or bars. With this said, super recommended anyways if you have a car/quad/scooter. Lovely place and lovely team!

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the pictures. It has a terrace with a nice sunset view. The whole set is very nice, quiet and have a coffee shop where they are very friendly and have rich food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very kind and with many nice details. I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying in this peaceful space! Though it is a bit outside the centre, the walk into the main area is beautiful and always felt safe. The upside of being a bit outside of centre was the beautiful nature surrounding the home! And it was well set up to allow you to enjoy nature even within the home, with the beautiful picture window being even better in real-life. There are two dogs on the property which was actually a bonus for us, as they were very friendly and adorable, though people renting should be aware in case they would be concerned by this. There is the option to close the door into the patio so the dogs are not nearby, though not sure if there would be an option to never interact with them, as you have to walk through a common space to leave the property. Overall, highly recommend!
