The super comfortable queen-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The desk in the bedroom is a great spot to do some work or plan your next day, while overlooking the building's interior patio. Condo's best feature is its big, private rooftop, fully furnished with seating and dining area, and lounge bed to lay down after a busy day exploring the city. It's also perfect for enjoying the city's sunrise and sunset. You'll be surrounded by trees and you'll even get a view of the Chapultepec castle! Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

( Los techos de la parte de arriba miden aproximadamente 6 ft o 1.90 metros) A 24/7 Doorman will give you access to the building, then with a code you can unlock the door. I live between Barcelona and Mexico City so I can not always meet my guests. I also prefer to give them space and respect their privacy. We always check that everything is running and in pristine condition at the apartment. If they need anything urgent. Luis and Misael are in the building and they help me manage the department. I am always available by email or whatspp. Colonia Roma es el barrio de moda de la ciudad. Es céntrico y perfecto para visitar los lugares de interés y escapar del tráfico. A pocos pasos encuentras restaurantes, cafés, bares y galerías; todo en un ambiente seguro y agradable para caminar. Uber or Cabify is what I always use to move around the city. The central location of the department makes you reach quickly and cheap almost anywhere. Metrobus and metro stations are a few blocks from the apartment; The ecobici system also offers a mobility alternative. The apartment is impeccable and has all the services. It is a spacious and bright space with views of the trees on the street. The rooms are quiet and the spaces can be completely darkened so that you can sleep peacefully. The building won the Silver Medal of the Biennial of Mexican Architecture and the prestigious FAD Prize in Spain

One million dollar view in a corner apartment where you can see Chapultepec park and Reforma Avenue. Located in La Condesa, the most trendiest neighborhood in the city. 24/7 security at the building with easy access to uber. Walking distance to the best restaurants bars, museums, parks etc. Two blocks away from a metro station. We recently changed our Queen bed at the main room to a KING SIZE BED.
