Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. mr. Ünal is very welcome, our brother has a nice conversation and very good intentions. Ideal for large families in the house, where everything is thought out in detail, we stayed with nine people, we did not have any problems. There are locks on the stairs, high chair, etc. for families with children. There is a ceiling chair in each room. The neighbors on the street are very good, we felt like we were in our own home. We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

We came to stay here for a short trip to Lesbos. Stratis and Maria were amazing hosts. Very helpful and kind. Helped us arrange a rental car for us, so that we would have a car once we arrived. Maria had some snacks for us, so that we had something to eat after the late areival. They also helped us get a luggage from the store on our last night. Their place is dreamy and so peaceful. Morning was woken up to the sound of the ocean waves and the sunrise. Instructions were clear for self check in. Cannot wait to come back again, next time longer time! Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

Ms. Duygu was very caring and responsive from our first trip to the first check-in. We had a friendly and friendly check-in. We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

The location of the house is in the very center of the planted, in front of the public beach. Very close to the grocery store and social areas. All items are available in the house for the comfort of guests, thought out in detail. The sea is warm, ideal for families with children. It was cool at night during the season we stayed, we didn't need air conditioning. It was clean and tidy when we first entered the house and we delivered it in the same way. Thanks to the host

We did not stay because spouse was unsure of surrounding area but I thought it was fine. My spouse wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. That was not possible at this particular location.

Amazing country house with a very beautiful and comfortable yard in which it shaded all day a huge vine (important for families with children who want space to play), 200 meters from the nice beach of Mystengnes staircase. The house is comfortable, clean, fully equipped and very quiet all day long. There is a lot of privacy and you have the feeling that you are in the countryside since on the perimeter of the estate is a large field surrounded by trees. Kostas is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to his father for the delicious grapes from the vine. Highly recommended

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. Mr. Ege is a caring and kind host, we thank him very much. The house is very close to the sea and you can swim in the sea by walking about 100 meters. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the use of the residents and quite calm. The sea does not immediately deepen, it is very nice for non-swimmers and families with children. The dinners with a sunset view on the terrace of the house are very pleasant and ideal for making a barbecue. There is a convenience store with only bread and water within walking distance of the house. Transportation to the markets is 10 minutes away by car. There are also Ayvalik dolmuș from the stop, which is 5 minutes by walk from the house. Despite this, you will be more comfortable if you come by car. The perfect choice for those who want to have a calm vacation away from the eye, a place to relax. If you want to get bored and mingle with the crowd, Ayvalik and Cunda are 15 and 20 minutes away.
