We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

This place is my favorite in Bakuriani. The view is stunning, the apartment is spotless, and the hosts are incredibly communicative.

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

Great house, very cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Crystal slope is 4 minutes by car, there is a large parking lot. There is a restaurant nearby. The house itself is warm, beautiful, there is a working fireplace. We were in January, stayed for a week, we liked everything. Good internet, we worked remotely.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

Honest opinion from a Canadian skier and Airbnb host. Konstantine was great to help us find this apartment despite the language challenges. He responded quickly despite not being in the area. His friend helped us in and showed us how to use the heaters. One must remember that Georgia has some differences in culture and customs but I think there could be more blankets for the spare sofa bed and the whole apartment could use a better overall cleaning. Lastly, Georgian language is difficult to translate so expect some challenges when communicating in English. Overall however this apartment was an excellent find and most certainly worth the price.
