Penthouse is a split-level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms which include three piece bathrooms plus jacuzzi or shower. Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.
