Forget your worries in this farmhouse home built in 1929, on 2.75acres with giant live oaks and moss. Spacious and serene 2700 square feet. 5 bedrooms and an upstairs loft along with a living and a dining room. It is 10.5 miles to the UF stadium and O’Connell center (usually 15-25 minutes without an event). 15-25 min to the Gainesville airport, 10-20 minutes to downtown Gainesville. Very close parks and on the bike trail!
