Welcome to experience magical sunsets over the sea, own shoreline with rocks and jetty, wood-fired sauna, hot tub, pleasant boat traffic at a reasonable distance and much more. The ice cream stand can be reached by kayak or by walking to Lemström's canal. Take a bus, bike, car or kayak to Mariehamn (10 km by car). The "lemlandsleden" hiking trail is a stone's throw from Solliden. For cliffs up to 10 meters and higher, Klosterviken is recommended (reached by kayak, car, 3.8km walk). Warm welcome

House by the sea

Relax with the whole family in our summer house by the sea with access to sauna, wilderness bath, beach, outdoor kitchen and bathing jetty. The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. On the patios there are dining areas and relaxation opportunities with both a sofa and outdoor TV. Most amenities are available and the kitchen is well equipped.

Västra Ytternäs is located in southern Mariehamn and is a scenic and central part of the city. From the residence, you can reach the city center by connecting walking and cycling paths (about 2.5 km), by city bus (stop about 240 meters away from the residence) or by a short car ride. The nearest beach (Algrundet) is about 1.8 km away. In the immediate vicinity, there is a marina, grocery store, kayak rental, playground, fish shop, nature areas and walking paths.

Summer cottage Eckerö

Welcome to our summer cottage with its own beach, jetty, wood-fired sauna and hot tub in Eckerö. Here you live in peace with proximity (about 3 km) to Kärringssund resort with restaurants, pools, kayak rentals and other water sports. With us, you shower in the wood-fired sauna. Outdoor toilet + separate toilet indoors. Child-friendly, high chair, travel bed and various toys are available. Parties are not permitted. Minimum age for renting is 30 years.

The cottage is located on a small cape with fantastic panoramic views of Ytterbyviken and sun from morning to night. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay – a perfect way to experience Åland's scenic side close to the city's offerings.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is beautifully located by the water with its own jetty but not suitable for swimming. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Possibility to use an outdoor spa bath, for an EXTRA fee of €50/day. If you want to use the bath, LET US KNOW in time. Child-friendly public beach is 1.2 km from the property. Grocery store about 2 km. 15 km to Mariehamn.
