The house is beautifully situated by the water, with its own large jetty that was refurbished this year, although it is not suitable for young children to swim in. If you want to take a dip, you can easily do so from the bathing steps. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Possibility to use an outdoor spa bath, for an EXTRA fee of €50/day. If you want to use the bath, LET US KNOW in time. Child-friendly public beach is 1.2 km from the property. Grocery shop approx. 2 km away. 15 km to Mariehamn. Cot available.

Car 5 minutes, bike 10 minutes and walk 25 minutes to the city. Two canoes for rent. Mariehamn's most beautiful walking and jogging trail below the large terrace.

Summer cottage Eckerö

Welcome to our summer cottage with your own beach, dock, wood-fired sauna and hot tub in Eckerö. Here you live in the tranquility with proximity (about 3 km) to the Kärringsund resort with restaurants, pools, kayak rentals and other water sports. With us, you can enjoy a shower in the wood-fired sauna, with a limited supply of hot water. Outdoor toilet + separate toilet indoors. Child-friendly, dining chair, travel bed and various toys are available. Parties are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 30.

Alviken

Only 20 minutes from Mariehamn is this charming and fresh summer cottage – perfect for those looking for peace, comfort and a beautiful environment. The cottage is located on a small cape with fantastic panoramic views of Ytterbyviken and sun from morning to night. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay – a perfect way to experience Åland's scenic side close to the city's offerings. By summer 2026, we plan to complete a beach sauna to further enhance the experience.

House by the sea

Relax with the whole family in our summer house by the sea with access to sauna, wilderness bath, beach, outdoor kitchen and bathing jetty. The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. On the patios there are dining areas and relaxation opportunities with both a sofa and outdoor TV. Most amenities are available and the kitchen is well equipped.

The city center is accessed via walking and cycling track about 2.5 km away or by bus from the stop 240 meters from the residence. The closest beach, Algrundet, is about 1.8 kilometers away. In the nearby area, there is a marina, grocery store about 1.4 km, kayak rental, playground, fish shop and nice walking paths. Knorring's restaurant is about 2.7 kilometers away.

On a secluded islet in the Åland archipelago, you’ll stay in a log cabin with sauna, wood-fired hot tub, boat access and a hand-hewn log house. Electricity, hot water, indoor toilet, shower and full kitchen included. Mobile reception, but no wifi. A motorboat is available for rent. Simplicity, stillness and closeness to nature – a place to land.
