Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alanya

Thanks to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip given our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a week in paradise we have no complaints

Levent is the main reason this review gets a 5/5. His hospitality is the best thing. He is always available and easygoing . He even went as far as fetching us from different locations around Alanya on some days when we were stranded. He even dropped us off at the airport in Antalya on the last day. He exchanged our washing machine within minutes when it stopped working. He is generally a very professional, respectful and kind person. It’s a nice little one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift is always working. You have full access to a gas stove, fridge and washing machine. No basic supplies are provided. The main issue was the shower being lukewarm to cold in seconds which was quite unpleasant as it was winter, Levent couldn’t solve this . Apartment is cold as there is no underfloor heating but a noisy A/C. Sheets were cleaned but the mattress protector is covered in hair. The WiFi would disappear sporadically and this is not ideal for online work

A full f/p reception brother offered flexible entrances and exits due to my very friendly bus, thanks to the house was clean, the location was very nice, monopoly markets, 1 km, 1 km from the side coastal walking path in the ancient city, you can go sightseeing very easily, if you are over the height of the house, pay attention to the ceiling column, I hit my head a few times, apart from that, thank you very much Recep, if I come back to the house, I will rent the same place again.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

It was an amazing experience! The villa hosted by Seda was one of the best stays on Airbnb. The villa has a stunning view, is very clean, and offers great comfort. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed. With its beachfront location, pool, and sauna, it's the perfect vacation spot. Seda's hospitality is outstanding. Great place very clean and spacious

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!
