Welcome to our stunning new condo, just 300m from Cleopatra beach! Our 2+1 apartment offers panoramic sea and mountain views from every window. The building is brand new and comes with a swimming pool, fitness area, garden, and free wifi. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a balcony, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with new mattresses, pillows, and bed sheets, and a bathroom with a warm floor. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

It is only 300 meters from the sea. It has a shared swimming pool. Our pool is heated during spring and winter months. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware. It can accommodate 4 people with a double bed, a green sofa with linens, and an extra bed. There is also a barbecue area near the house. It is 15 minutes from Alanya city center. A washing machine is available in our shared area. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our treehouse located in a mandarin orchard.
