La casa está en rodeada de un campo de almendros, algarrobos y otros árboles típicos mallorquines. De fácil acceso y a pocos minutos de las localidades vecinas. Un lugar ideal para la desconexión pero con las comodidades de la vida urbana. Esperamos que te sientas como en tu propio hogar.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

The house has a land of 2000 meters with swimming pool, large terraces and different spaces to relax and enjoy the quiet area and its landscapes. Need a break from your daily routine? Then come relax and unwind in our little house surrounded by nature. Connect with the tranquility, the birdsong in the morning, and the starry sky at night. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

Two-story house, max. capacity 4 people, 170 square meters, located in the old fishermen's quarter, a normally quiet area except during the summer months when there is usually a little activity, which is normal. Views of the sea, mountains and fishing port, beach a few minutes walk away, bars, restaurants and shops a few steps away. It is the perfect accommodation for couples or families looking for fun.
