This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Talkeetna Burl Cabin is pet friendly cabin located 5 miles from Talkeetna on a quiet country street. Many prior guests have written that their stay was one of the best they had in Alaska! Breakfast goodies and coffee are provided so you can relax during your stay. Please note that this is a dry cabin, water is provided and it also has an inside composting toilet. Large 900 sq ft upstairs suite with separate entrance and free, off street parking. Home is in an established neighborhood near the coastal trail. Full kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The space is cheerful and full of light with a private balcony. Shared laundry area between upstairs and downstairs. Like being at home with all the conveniences, Smart TV, laundry, and high speed internet.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, though we ask that you request before using it. Want pets? Send a private message we offer pets with a cleaning deposit.

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.

Large, quiet, furnished apartment with private entrance and a full kitchen with lots of amenities, down to towels for the hot tub. Owners live upstairs but apartment is private and quiet. Can sleep six, is 10 min from town, and 1 hr from Chena Hot Springs. Light breakfast included! Dog on approval only.
