Have stayed in the main house before, first time in the blue cabin! My boyfriend and I loved it. Comfortable beds, adorable decorations, Jenga, perfect private porch, and of course right in the heart of downtown Talkeetna. Can’t wait to stay here again 😊

The shabbin is a unique stay and for two people is a great experience. Loved the way it is set up on the inside, and the secluded feel yet short drive to town.

Altho I did not communicate with Allison directly in regards to the stay, I did communicate with Katia who provided me with all the info I needed and timely updates. This is our second time staying at the Surfshack and it is a great location for a cozy haven after a long day of kayaking!

Great space- we loved the area. Close to Talkeetna. It was awesome to have a kitchen and laundry by the end of my stay. Would recommend and stay again!

we had a wonderful time and the cabin was well stocked. Great surroundings overall a beautiful setting, forest surroundings, but all the amenities.

Clare and Peter are very friendly hosts, discreet but always ready to help and answer your questions. The cabin is not so big, but cozy, very clean and has everything you need. An added plus is the beautiful view from the window. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

Elli's cabin was perfect. It was just as described and pictured in the listing. My son and I felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including extra blankets to wrap ourselves up in and sit on the porch, sipping hot chocolate, while enjoying the sounds of the night. It was so peaceful. Elli was the perfect host; she was very responsive and even offered us a late check out since our flight didn't leave until midnight on check out day. Check in instructions were easy and she provided us with some great local recommendations of things to do on our day off. It was the perfect cabin for our 3-night stay. It'll be hard to find a place in Fairbanks that is more comfortable and nicer equipped. If/when we return to Fairbanks, we'll definitely return. Thanks so much for having us, Elli!!

I have stayed here before and would again. it suits my needs is accessible to town.

A delightful cozy cabin in a neat part of the woods in Seward. We enjoyed ourselves with the hit fun and living space to watch movies and do crafts. Beautiful art and decorations enhance the place.

Aside from the slanderous sticker in the gift shop (haha), I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had cabin 1 and it was very cozy.

Perfect location to break up a long drive across Alaska. It was a few minutes from the main road and ten minutes away from plenty of food options. Cabin had all the essentials!

Hosts were super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Great place, small as advertised, but perfect for my son and I. Warm, comfy, and everything you need. Local coffee in the French press was amazing!

We ended up staying in both cabins when we added an extra night and they’re both wonderful! The instructions provided to get to the cabin were super clear and easy to follow. The host sent things to do ahead of time which was great and continued to be super responsive throughout the stay. This is the perfect place to stay for Denali as you’re in nature, surrounded by trees and views and very private while still not far from town and the park. The space was great for three of us. There’s a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker and then cups, coffee pods, tea, cream, and sugar/sweeteners provided. And a corkscrew! No wifi, but both Verizon and AT&T service is strong. We loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! Highly recommend

Place was great and very cozy!

Cozy little cabin in a beautiful setting. Hosts were very, very nice and very accommodating. Pet friendly is a huge plus for me, and my husky pup loved making a new friend!! Mike even brought out some snacks for me and said goodbye this AM before I hit the road. 10/10 would recommend if this is your style. Excellent romantic retreat! Very relaxing place with hot tub. Nice Alaskan rustic fixtures and decor. The views are amazing, and it's nice to be a few minutes away from town while still close enough to stores and restaurants.

This beautiful cabin, surrounded by trees was the perfect place to stay overnight on my journey from Denali National Park to Seward, AK. The cabin was warm, cozy and had everything one would need. The bed was very comfortable, the heater worked great and I used the microwave to warm up dinner. There was plenty of water so I used the Kettle to make coffee and refilled several liters of travel water for my journey. The cabin was above and beyond my expectations. It was the perfect place for my overnight stay. Marshall, the host, was extremely helpful. He suggested a photo drive to Hatcher's Pass with specific details on bears and a gold mine that I drove to. It was a major highlight of my trip. . Communicating wirh Marshall was a pleasure - he was so nice and helpful. He made it a great experience. If you need a cabin in Willow, AK. This is the one. I will be staying here again.

Good location, and drivable to all local hikes and sights. Very cozy on the inside and great for 1-2 people for a couple of nights.

We were planning a snowboarding trip for Alyeska and this place was the perfect spot for a weekend get away! Only a few minutes from the lift by car and local restaurants.
